Returns

As our products are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds. Every Kolhapuri is crafted by skilled artisans, ensuring the finest quality and individuality in every pair.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in case of size issues or damaged products.
If you wish to exchange your pair for a different size, please ensure the following:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• The exchange request is raised within 5 days of delivery.

Once approved, we'll initiate the exchange process, and send the correct size your way.
